With Pre-Season only a month away Wallingford are busy planning and preparing for the 2010-11 campaign and have announced a slight change in the management for next season

Last seasons Player/Manager Tristan Lewis is taking a step back and although he will still be involved he has handed the managerial responsibilities over to last seasons Assistant, Michael Butcher.

Butch Said "Tristan will now not be around all of the time to play & manage but will still be involved behind the scenes and will be around whenever possible. Having helped Tris last season there will not be too many changes to how things were run last year. I still want to play too so I am looking to bring somebody in to assist me in some capacity but only if i feel it is beneficial to the club. Obviously some players will move on as they are now ready to play at a higher level which unfortunately we cannot offer them here this season so I am keen to bring in some good players locally to try and build on what we had here last year"
