After last weeks postponment we are due to return to league action with a trip to high flying Blewbury, who currentley sit 3rd in the league. Of course Blewbury contain many ex-wally players with the likes of Ross Tyler, Tom Ingram, Simon Barlow, Laurence & Fletcher Hoey in their ranks. Blewbury finshed 2nd in Division 1 last season and harbour real title hopes again this term.
We know that we are in for another tough game this week and in truth could really of done with playing Steventon last week and getting some points on the board. On top of this we have a number of players missing this week and a number of doubts. Definetley missing will be myself as I underwent further injections on my troublesome knee that has tendonitis, in truth I have been carrying the injury for over a year now but with a 50-50 chance of an operation being succesfull, I have decided to continue along the weekly physio and injections route, I should hopefully return mid-december. Also missing will be Andrew Gibbons who is away in Rotterdam and Matty Leach who has work commitments. We also have doubts over Antony Hill's fitness who we had hoped would return to replace me at centre back, also Prim and Matty Finch are struggling to get away from work on time and goalkeeper Huw is still carrying his groin injury. On the plus side, Mikey Fellows has declared himself fit. Squad of 15 is as follows -
