Pete Lamont's side were comprehensively outplayed by his former club Kidlington.
Wallingford almost took an early lead, but Matty Hutton came out well to save from Jay Harriott.
Kidlington soon took control and Craig Evans made good saves from Williams and Wise, while Jamie Debanks cleared a header off the line.
After further pressure, Deabill finally gave the visitors the lead with a well taken header from a corner.
Williams then doubled the advantage with a left-foot screamer in the second half, before Mark Baker made it 3-0 with a header.
Wallingford rallied late on and Jay Harriott had an effort cleared off the line, before he scored a consolation, lobbing Matty Hutton after the keeper's poor kick.
